What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 1 to 3 business days in Belgium. Ordered before 3:30 p.m. is shipped the same day.
If you would like your order to arrive before a certain time, be sure to contact our customer service team at info@saltedstories.com so we can see if there is anything we can do for you.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from €4.95 to €24.95, depending on which country you live in.
What steps should I follow to return items?
Returns can easily be made within 14 days of receipt.
Step 1. SUBMISS
Within 14 days of receiving your order, select the items you would like to return and choose your preferred shipping method. Do you have a complaint? Please mail to info@saltedstories.com
Step 2. WACKING
Pack your item(s). Place the barcode clearly visible on the package. Remember to remove or cover the old shipping label if necessary.
Step 3. SEND
After registering, take your package to a post office or shipping location.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The maximum return cost is estimated at €7.25.
Note! Keep the track & trace code well, this is your proof of shipment.
Step 4. Notification
The moment we have processed your return package we will proceed with the refund. According to the terms and conditions and the return conditions we will make the refund within 14 days. Our aim is to process the refund sooner than this set 14 day period, in most cases this process will only take a few days.

Costs incurred for returns are at your own expense.
What should I do if my refund has not been processed?
Of course we are sorry if you have not received your refund in time, we apologize in advance. In such cases, we recommend that you contact our customer service immediately so we can resolve this. Please use our contact form or call us at 06-15374036. Customer service is available by phone on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
Important: these return conditions do not apply to items from the Outlet.
