Het is mogelijk om je items gratis te ruilen. Dit doe je via hetzelfde platform als het aanmelden van je retour. Meer informatie vind je hier.

Retourneren kan gemakkelijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst. Meer info vind je hier. Direct je retour aanmelden kan via www.retourneren.nl/saltedstories

De gemaakte kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. Afhankelijk van de keuze hoe jij je retour wil verzenden, zijn de minimale kosten € 5,87.

Nadat we jouw retour hebben ontvangen in ons magazijn, ontvang je uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen je geld terug.

Helaas is het niet mogelijk om je retour zelf langs te brengen, omdat wij met een groot logistiek centrum samenwerken dat niet toegankelijk is voor consumenten.

Ja, je kunt je sale items gewoon ruilen en/of retourneren. Dit werkt hetzelfde als het retourneren van reguliere items.

Helaas is het niet mogelijk om outlet items te ruilen of retourneren.

Ja, het is mogelijk om je bestellingen samen te voegen in ons retourportaal door ze in één retouraanvraag te plaatsen, waar bij je kunt aangeven hoeveel pakketten de retour betreft.

Heb je op werkdagen voor 17.00 uur besteld, dan wordt jouw bestelling dezelfde dag verzonden (met uitzondering van Nationale feestdagen). Bestel je uit het buitenland dan kan de bezorging langer duren.

Let op! Tijdens de sale periode, of collectie lancering en acties, kan de bezorging van jouw pakket langer duren dan je wellicht van ons gewend bent.

If you ordered before 5 p.m. on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day (excluding National Holidays). If you order from abroad, delivery may take longer.

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge from an order value of €49.95.

Shipping costs vary from €4.95 to €24.95, depending on where the package needs to be sent and the corresponding rates of our carriers.

Your (paid) order ends up in our external warehouse immediately after the order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot then change or cancel the order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from us. We work with a large logistics center that is not accessible to consumers.

You can pay with us using iDeal, pre-transfer and PayPal.

When an order remains unpaid, you will receive an automatic email with a payment link. This link is linked to the order. Once the order is paid, your order will be transferred to our warehouse. You can also request the link via the contact form or via email: info@saltedstories.com

We unfortunately do not give discounts afterwards. Prices apply at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes after the fact. Therefore, please check your order carefully before placing your order.

It's best to contact customer service for this. They will check with you why the code is not working!
