Can I exchange my items?

It is possible to exchange your items for free . You can do this via the same platform as registering your return. More information can be found here .

Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

The costs incurred for returning are for your own account. Depending on the choice of how you want to send your return, the minimum costs are € 5.87.

When will I get my money back?

After we have received your return in our warehouse, you will receive your money back within 14 days.

Can I return the item myself?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your return yourself, because we work with a large logistics center that is not accessible to consumers.

Can I exchange or return sale items?

Yes, you can simply exchange and/or return your sale items. This works the same as returning regular items.

I have multiple orders, can I combine them?

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Your (paid) order will be delivered to our external warehouse immediately after placing the order. Unfortunately, we can no longer change or cancel the order.
